Purpose of Program:
We prepare OD practitioners, and leaders who want to develop OD skills, to understand the theory and to be able to do the work of OD, and to conduct original research.

Features:
A yearly practicum helps integrate theory with practice. Practica can be done in organizations in Ukraine. Designed for distance learners - with one week residency in May and weekend meetings approximately every 2 months.

Registration / Cost

Requirements for entry: Masters degree. 3 years of OD experience or 5 years of leadership experience.
Requirements for graduation: Complete 60 credits of course work; pass comprehensive exams; complete dissertation based on original research. Total is 72 credits.
Estimated Cost: $80,000
Financial Aid: Cost includes residency expenses and meals during classes.
