Building a High-Performing Culture at TSA: an integrated systems approach

Finally, Diane Ditzler describes how the TSA has created their high-performing culture. At the core of their work was the development and implementation of an Integrated Conflict Management System (ICMS) and ICMS Maturity Model. These two systems help to create the skills, norms and processes they need, a disciplined way to develop in each workplace and a way to measure levels of implementation. In addition, the project has generated a new community of practice of over 2000 people, including ICMS Coordinators, facilitator/trainers, coaches and employee advisory council members, across locations.
