Join the OD Network

Sign up using our secure credit card processing to take advantage of all the benefits of OD Network membership. To join using a check or purchase order, download the individual member application form (PDF) to mail or fax to the OD Network office.

Individual membership (All Countries)

$200 per year, with $25 discount for members of a regional OD Network.
New or renewing individual member

Online only membership

$175 per year with all print materials (including OD Practitioner) delivered/available electronically.

Student membership

Open to fulltime students in accredited OD programs: $100 per year.
New or renewing student member

Senior membership

Open to those over 65 who have retired from active practice: $100 per year.
New or renewing senior member

Corporate membership

Enroll 10 or more employees of your organization for only $159 apiece! Here's how:

1. Contact Membership Services to obtain your Corporate ID
2. Download the corporate membership application form.
3. Make a copy for each employee you want to enroll, and fill out the information for each employee being sure to include your Corporate ID at the top of the application.
4. Fax or mail all of the forms at the same time to the fax number or address on the form. Please include a corporate check, corporate credit card number, or purchase order in the amount of $159 times the number of employees you are enrolling.
