
Cancellation & Substitution Policy
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the OD Network office no later than October 1, 2008. A refund minus a $150 administrative fee will be issued on full conference registrations (or 20% of daily or pre- or post-conference only registrations). Registrants unable to attend the meeting may send an alternate from the same organization. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the OD Network office.
Cancellations received after October 1, 2008, are not refundable.
Refunds are not issued for "no shows."
