Leslie Cady is a seasoned consultant specializing in raising the standard of organizational and individual performance. She has spent the past 23 years working with internal and external customers in the areas of system change, organization design and development, education, training and development, and human system programs design and implementation.
Most recently an internal Organization Effectiveness Consultant at Hewlett Packard Company, throughout her career Leslie has served customers in large and small companies, in corporate, not-for-profit, and government settings, and in multiple industries including high technology, health care, and manufacturing.
Prior to her consulting career, Leslie gained complementary experience from a variety of Human Resource management, generalist, and specialist roles in education, training and development, benefits design and communication, and recruiting.
As the current Vice President and a past Director of the Friends of the Hazen Memorial Library, Leslie is involved in her community and active in local library events. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Organization Development Network and served on the Greater Boston Organization Development Network’s Steering Committee from 1991-1993.
A graduate of The American University, Leslie holds an MS in Human Resource Development and a BA in English from Salem State College. She earned certifications in Secondary School Education from Salem State College and in Practical Accounting and Personnel Administration from Bentley College.
