June Delano is a thought leader in executive and leadership development with a global practice focused on strategy, organization and invention. June is a founder of The ClearLake Group, an executive advisory firm, and a managing director of Pivotal Leadership in Singapore. June was previously a leader of the executive development practice at Monitor Group and was head of Worldwide Learning & Development for Kodak. Throughout her career, June has been known as a pioneer of creative organizational solutions that value people and accelerate performance.
June is a Fellow of the World Academy of Art and Science, a network which focuses on the social consequences and policy implications of knowledge. She is a Director of Meridian International, a non-profit think tank working on issues of global leadership and governance. She is also a member of The Global Business Network and the Massachusetts Bay OD Learning Group. June is a frequent speaker and writer on leadership and organization development. She holds an MS in Organization Development from The American University and a BA in Journalism from Michigan State University. She has studied at The Fielding Institute, The Gestalt Institute and The NTL Institute.
