Submitting Your Nomination
First, you’ll want to gather all the necessary information about your nominee(s) and prepare your submission before you enter our online system. Once in the system, we will ask you to provide your own contact information, contact information for the person or group you are nominating, and a confirmation of whether your nominee is currently a member of the OD Network.
Then, after selecting an award category from the pull down menu, we ask that you provide a written response for each bulleted criteria item related to that award. Your response for each criteria item should not exceed 2,500 characters. We suggest that you first write your submission in a Word document or similar electronic text software, and then copy and paste your answers into our automated system. Please understand that once you’ve submitted a nomination in this system, you cannot re-enter the same nomination to make edits or changes. Therefore, please be sure you have the full nomination ready to be cut and pasted before you enter the system. We recognize the current online system is cumbersome, and we ask for your patience with it as an interim step, as we continue to making necessary upgrades to the OD Network website.
Once submitted, your nominations will be carefully reviewed and evaluated by our Awards Committee, and the 2010 OD Network Awards will be presented in October at Conference 2010 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
